Come join us for a supportive and nurturing program of group activities, free play, snack time, discussion, and outdoor play infused with Waldorf and RIE™ principles. Our warm and inviting play space includes beautiful, imaginative toys designed to inspire greater curiosity and freedom to explore. Meet other parents, share parenting success stories as well as challenges, and discuss interesting and inspiring articles and parenting topics. Parents and children relish the experience!
The first three years of a child’s life are a time of profound growth and discovery. A supportive community for parents and caregivers awaits you in our seasonal sessions. Families explore parenting joys and challenges through quiet observation of the children at play.  We explore topics such as creating a family rhythm and child development within the supportive lens of Waldorf Education, in a nurturing setting where all are welcome and valued.

Infant Classes – Pre-Walking – These weekly sessions foster free mobility and social development in a caring and nurturing environment. Adults enjoy a period of quiet observation as their calm, quiet attention supports the children and themselves. There is also time for sharing joys and challenges while exploring areas of interest such as the importance of self-care for parents, respectful and authentic parenting principles, family rhythm, warmth, sleep, and loving boundaries

Playgroup Classes – Walking to 3 years old – As the children discover the joy of playing with friends on our forested campus and in our beautiful Waldorf classrooms, parents enjoy getting to know each other while engaged in productive and nourishing work. Principles of Waldorf Education and parenting practices that support family life and child development are experienced directly and explored through conversation.
  • Snack for the children will be provided.  All should be dressed comfortably for walking outdoors as we may be journeying around our garden & farm.
  • Children 2 years & 9 months old can start our Preschool program.
