Games and Sports Camp Counselor
Highland Hall Waldorf School is seeking a Games and Sports Camp Counselor to lead campers in activities during our Lower School Summer Camp, which is offered for campers entering grades 2-8. Highland Hall Lower School Summer Camp adheres to a Waldorf School movement curriculum. Guidance will be provided as to games and sports which follow this curriculum.
The Games and Sports Counselor may also assist other Camp Counselors who are leading other camp program activities, and/or may be responsible for supervising campers during breaks and recess.
The Camp Counselor will serve under the direction of our Summer Camp Director.

Parent Child Teacher- Part-Time Position
This position is responsible for holding classes in a variety of environments, both indoors and outdoors, for parents and their children ranging from two months to three years. In addition, this position is responsible for attending faculty and mentoring meetings as well as liaising with the administration, faculty, and parents, as needed.
Essential Functions
• Facilitate educational opportunities in the form of discussions and readings to provide inspiration, tools, and support for parenting
• Provide families with a warm introduction to Waldorf education and Highland Hall Waldorf School
• Thoughtful planning of the daily, weekly, and seasonal rhythms of the class
• Maintain open communication with parents
• Participate in school community and public relations events (e.g. open house)
• Other duties as directed to meet the needs of the school.
Education / Certifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Waldorf teaching or LIFEWAYS certification from a recognized institution
• Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification
• Current TB clearance

Early Childhood Substitute
Our Early Childhood Center is seeking a substitute assistant teacher. The substitute may assist in the classroom and help with the transition to nap, or carry nap-time and supervise afternoon play outdoors. We are looking for someone with a calm, quiet demeanor who is interested in a non-academic, developmental, nurturing, approach to early childhood education. Candidates must have completed the state required ECE 12 course units. Substitute hours vary and are usually 8:00AM-1:00PM or 12:15-3:15, Monday through Friday.
