We are seeking a responsible, dedicated AFTER SCHOOL CARE DIRECTOR. We would love to hear from enthusiastic, experienced after-school care candidates interested in supporting our school community.
The After School Care Director supports our school’s offering of a warm, safe environment after regular school hours, by supervising students playing indoors and out, and by managing end of day operations and safety protocols.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting a multi-aged group of children.
- Managing health and safety protocols.
- Maintaining communications and coordinating with other groups on campus.
- Supervising safe traffic circle, gate access, sign-in and out, and other aspects of parents picking up their children.
- Interacting with parents with honesty, courtesy, warmth, and professionalism.
- Communicating with teachers and administrative staff, as needed.
- Overseeing other After School Care staff, and coordinating with other After School Care Clubs and Sports Coaches, as needed.
